Welch Comer provided design project control for 6 miles of U.S. 95 south of Tensed, Idaho. Project control consisted of tying existing ITD control monuments to NGS network, as well as a GPS Topographic Survey that tied surface features such as roads, creeks, bridges, utilities and natural ground features.
As a result we were able to provide ITD with a control report, point data file and base mapping for their design project.
