PROJECT OVERVIEW

Welch Comer performed surveying services for SageCliffe a proposed 500-acre retreat that when complete will boast a hilltop village. SageCliffe is designed to include an additional lodge with a restaurant and guest accommodations, artists' studios, indoor and outdoor theaters, golf course and pro shop, equestrian center, exhibition halls and galleries and arts vistas placed throughout the property - all built to complement the natural environment.

Our survey department was responsible for a boundary survey of this 710 acre site as well as providing ground truth surveys for aerial mapping. There was extensive coordination with the owner, developer and public agencies to develop the property from the concept phase to final platting. Phase 1 of 3 is complete, with road, water, sewer, drainage and wet land mitigation services provided by Welch Comer.
