Avondale & Point Hayden Waterline Project

The Avondale & Point Hayden Waterline project for North Kootenai Water District consisted of 24,000 feet of 6,8, and 10-inch waterline within several residential areas, as well as, four pressure reducing valve stations and installation of two check valves. The project required Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Lakes Highway District and the City of Hayden Lake for associated road repair. The project areas drained to Waters of the US; therefore, an aggressive Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was also required.
