PROJECT OVERVIEW

When complete, this venue will be a 500-acre retreat offering the ultimate experience. Accompanying the award-winning Cave B Winery, the Sage Cliffe Development includes 53 private residential lots, indoor and outdoor theaters, an 18-hole championship golf course, pro shop, guest accommodations, gourmet restaurants, equestrian center, exhibition halls and galleries, artists’ studios, and outdoor art vista points.

This project includes the construction of 16,000 lineal feet of new roadways, the extension of 35,000 lineal feet of new 8-inch and 12-inch diameter water lines, well pump upgrades, a new 250,000-gallon water storage tank, and a community sanitary sewer system.
