PROJECT OVERVIEW

The residential portion of the project is a mix of small single-family cottage homes, cottage townhomes, and cottage condominiums with a common recreational / activity area. 

Phase I has 50 single family residential units and one commercial lot. Phase II will have approximately 173 residential units in two large multifamily condominiums and five to ten single family homes.

The Barn, being a regional icon, has been preserved and relocated. Meadow Ranch includes 3.25 acres of private open space.

KEY ELEMENTS

  • Zone change from Manufacturer to Residential & Commercial.
  • Planned Unit Development with a mix of single family cottages, townhomes & multifamily condominium units.
  • Significant mass grading to create a multi-terraced development to maximize views.

The existing historic barn a local landmark was moved and preserved on-site.

 

.55,000 cubic yards of material were moved to create two lot terraces.
