Sandpoint Downtown Revitalization Phase 2003

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Welch Comer Engineers, in association with the Hudson Company and Hingston-Roach Group, performed civil engineering and transportation planning, cost estimating, and preliminary design for proposed improvements to Downtown Sandpoint.  This multi-disciplined planning effort included coordination with the City and Idaho Transportation Department for internal circulation options between the U.S. 95 and U.S. 2 corridors.

Phase 2003 construction was completed in November, 2003 which includes a new Town Square with an interactive fountain.
